Services to At Risk Youth (STAR)

Provides crisis intervention and family preservation counseling services to children ages 10 to 17 and their families. A strengths-based, short-term, solution-focused model is utilized. Services are provided in the home, at school, or at various office locations for up to 90 days. Services can be provided to those residing in Tarrant, Johnson, Hill, Parker, and Palo Pinto counties. Funded by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
